How to apply for DDA Special Housing Scheme 2022

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) https://dda.org.in.
Step 2: On the home page, click on “DDA Vishesh Awas Yojana 2022” or the direct link https://eservices.dda.org.in/schemedashboard/q2.

Step 3: Now click on the ‘Register’ button to open the DDA Special Housing Plan page.

Step 4: Complete the registration form and click on the “Request for OTP” button.
Step 5: Enter your OTP, sign in, fill in your application form and apply for the program.

Eligibility for the DDA Housing Scheme 2022

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
• The applicant should not have any residential flat or plot in the urban area of ​​Delhi, New Delhi or Delhi Cantonment in his own name or in the name of his spouse or his dependent relatives including unmarried children. Larger than 67 square meters.
• A candidate can submit only one application.
• A husband and wife can both apply for this scheme separately but if both are selected in a draw, then only one can retain the flat.
• If the applicant wants to apply under more than one category then the application amount should be paid for the higher category.
