Step by Step Instructions to organize IGNOU Assignment

• Candidates have to write their assignments in their own hands.
• Do not print or type your assignments using a computer that is not permitted.
• They cannot copy their answer from any Unit/Block given by the University. If you have copied any answer then you will get zero marks for that copied question.
• Candidates need to write an assignment solution with your help, if you have copied any assignment from other students then your assignment will be rejected by the center.
• Prepare or write each course assignment separately. Do not write each assignment in a set.
• Write each question before the solution so that you do not have to attach the question paper while submitting the assignment.
• After finishing the assignment writing, use a paper file and organize all your assignments properly. (Note: Plastic files will not be accepted by the University under any circumstances).
• The candidate must send his/her complete assignment to the coordinator of the allotted study center. You cannot send registration to other IGNOU centers like Regional Centre, Evaluation Division, and Evaluation.
• It is noted that candidates must submit their assignment in person so that you cannot send it through email, post, or courier.
• Don’t forget to get the receipt for submitting the assignment.
• After submitting their assignment to the coordinator, they send an acknowledgment to the study center.
• If you have applied to change your study center, you will have to send your assignments to the center first, unless you get a confirmation from the university, possibly the change of study center. If you have successfully purchased the notice for change of center from the university then you will submit it to the new center.
